Under 1500cc. cars line up at the Stockton Airport in 1953.   Lyons' car was an MG-TC.  Eyerly drives a Crosley Special, down from Salem, Oregon.  Your webmaster can't find a listing for Don Brittson.  #116 is the Singer of Vern Gardner; #33 is T.C. Browne, in whart looks like a modified MG of some kind.  From comparable listings from Gary Horstkorta and Art Evans' "Golden Gate Park Remembered" this would be a novice race.
